When you want a side dish with that little extra touch to it, try any of these. Many of them can also be used as a vegetarian entrée. But, they're so versatile, you can add just a little chicken or other meat to them and you'll have a completely different flavor profile.

  • Flame Roasted Fuji Apples: Sweet Fuji apples are sliced, then seasoned with cinnamon sugar and flame roasted. They are terrific with our pork chops, perfect for making an apple crisp or a great topping for vanilla ice cream.
  • Sweet Potato Chunks w/Maple Seasoning: If you like sweet potatoes, you'll love these. Tender chunks of sweet potatoes are flame-roasted in a maple syrup seasoning.
  • Orzo, Grains & Vegetable Blend: A delicious blend of Orzo pasta, broccoli, carrots, red bell pepper, black barley, brown lentils, brown rice and red rice. Eleven grams of whole-grains per serving and it's vegan!!
  • Fried Rice with Vegetables: Scrambled eggs, julienne carrots, green onions and peas tossed with cooked, seasoned rice and soy sauce.
  • Exotic Grains & Fire Roasted Vegetables: A blend of Colusari Red Rice, Brown Rice, Amaranth, Anaheim Peppers, Red & Yellow Bell Peppers, Black Beans, Sweet Corn, Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic, Cilantro and Lime.
  • Hearty Grains & Wild Mushrooms: A blend of Kamut wheat, Colusari red rice, wild rice, mushrooms, roasted onions, garlic & green onions.
  • Garlic & Herb Pasta w/Veggies: Rotini pasta blended with flame-roasted carrots, broccoli, yellow squash, red peppers & zucchini in garlic & herb sauce.
  • Cheesy Potatoes with Bacon: Diced Russet potatoes and savory bacon pieces together in a sauce made from aged Cheddar Cheese and topped with lightly browned, crunchy bread crumbs and parsley. Hearty, nourishing and soothing.
  • Broccoli, Cheese & Rice Casserole: A great blend of broccoli, Cheddar cheese and long grain rice.
  • Baked Beans w/Mesquite Smoked Beef: Baked beans with real mesquite smoked Beef. Fully-cooked, just heat and serve!
  • Thai Style Red Quinoa & Vegetables: A nutritious blend of grains and vegetables that will enhance any meal. Four grams of Fiber per serving and its Gluten FREE!
  • Brown Rice Fully-Cooked: Brown Rice has a mild, nutty flavor and is more nutritious than white rice. This product is Fully-cooked and is ready to add to any recipe. A great time saver!
  • Country Garden Vegetables & Pasta: Colorful broccoli and corn with bright red peppers and rotini pasta. A down home blend that makes country style cooking a snap! Great as a side dish or in soups and salads.
  • Seashell Shaped Pasta with Vegetables: Easy-to-use seashell shaped white pasta simply blended with broccoli, green peas and julienne carrots. Great for a hot side dish or a cold salad.
