Our delicious steaks (T-Bones, Rib Eyes, Strip Steaks, Sirloin Filets, etc.) are cut exclusively from USDA CHOICE Beef that's been slowly and naturally aged to perfection -- before it's ever cut. This enhances its rich flavor and increases the tenderness naturally. We add NO CHEMICAL TENDERIZERS or FLAVORINGS! We add NO WATER or PRESERVATIVES!! And, unlike most retailers, all our beef is cut, processed and packaged ONLY in federally inspected processing plants.
We don't sell "hamburger"!! We sell 100% PURE, ALL-NATURAL GROUND BEEF ... lean, flavorful and processed from the chuck, round and sirloin sections of grain-fed, USDA-graded beef. Unlike many stores, we do NOT use grass-fed, cow and bull meat. And there are NO ADDITIVES!
