It was "Game On!" at the St. Joseph Christian School Tailgate Fundraiser this year! With the help of 250 All-beef Franks, Quarter-pound Steak Burgers and Bratwursts proudly donated by Guaranteed Foods, the Junior Class successfully fed more than 150 spectators and raised more than $1,000 to support their senior class trip next year. We wish the Junior Class at St. Joseph Christian School continued success in their fundraising endeavors!

Guaranteed Foods provided a new commercial Foodservice Center© and supply of gourmet Guaranteed Foods products for the opening of the new Pivotal Point Transitional Youth Housing center in St. Joseph, Missouri. The donation is valued at more than $3,500.
Guaranteed Foods has been a supplier to Pivotal Point Transitional Housing since 2014 and has provided ongoing financial support to support the mission of the nonprofit. This donation provides critical resources needed to support at-risk youth as they transition to safe and stable housing at Pivotal Point. We are proud to partner with an organization doing such extraordinary work in one of the many communities we serve!

Each year, Guaranteed Foods donates thousands of pounds of food to local charities.
Today, we delivered 1,700 pounds of chicken and 900 cups of chili to warm the hearts and fill the bellies of Kansas Citians experiencing food insecurity.
We are proud to support Harvesters Community Food Network with this donation to help feed our neighbors in need.

Guaranteed Foods was proud to recently help assist Kansas City's Holy Family Catholic Church!
COVID-19 forced all of us to revise our normal routines this past year, and churches and synagogues were no exception. As with many parishes, in years past Kansas City’s Holy Family Catholic Church had served fish and shrimp dinners for 350-400 members on Friday evenings during Lent. But social distancing restrictions this year made that impossible.
Still hoping to host some kind of a Lenten event for their parish, a small group at Holy Family hit upon the idea of offering ‘Curbside-Pickup’ Fish Taco Fridays instead. When Guaranteed Foods president Tom Williams learned of the novel idea, he volunteered the company to donate and deliver enough mild whitefish and tortillas to meet the parish’s goal of selling 800 tacos.
To make the event a reality, parish volunteers cooked the fish, prepared the tacos and readied them for pickup by church members and others. Afterwards, Holy Family Stewardship and Development Director, Patty Rose, said the church’s unique solution of curbside pickup Fish Fridays received rave reviews, adding that the “blessing” of Guaranteed Foods’ assistance “allowed us to host a successful event for the community, and even have a small profit left over after covering other expenses.”
Congratulations to those at Holy Family who conceived, planned and executed the safe, drive through Fish Taco Fridays! Who knows... even when the pandemic is behind us, this may become a new tradition for that parish – and others!

GuaranteedBecause of Covid-19, Guaranteed Foods was forced to cancel our annual company Christmas party. As we discussed an alternative to the party, one of our staff suggested that we donate what we would have spent on the party to charity.
Having formerly served 10+ years on the Advisory Board of the Salvation Army for Kansas and Western Missouri, our President Tom Williams suggested they would be a good recipient. The staff agreed, and we also decided to add some additional money on top of what we would have spent on our Christmas get together!
